  • RMA Process: To initiate a return, kindly contact us for an RMA number. The product(s) need to arrive at our warehouse within the 30-day window and in the same pristine condition it was shipped – unopened, unused, and undamaged. To prevent transit damage, please ensure careful repackaging.

  • Exclusions: Regrettably, opened, used, or transit-damaged products cannot be accepted for return. These will be returned to you at your expense. Should you foresee difficulties in meeting the 30-day return timeframe, get in touch with our customer service team to explore alternate solutions.

  • Special Orders: Our 30-day return policy applies exclusively to standard stocking products. For returns related to special order items, please liaise with our customer service team.

  • Restocking Charge: All returns are subject to a restocking charge of up to 25% of the purchase price. This policy excludes in-warranty repairs and defective returns.

  • Defective Products: We maintain rigorous quality control standards for products dispatched from the Block-Cameras.com warehouse. If you encounter a manufacturer-packaged product that's defective, reach out to us promptly. We'll guide you through the process of obtaining a replacement.

  • Our Error: In cases where the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the costs of return shipping.
