The CIS SCM-ToF1 is a compact and lightweight Time-of-Flight AI smart camera designed for embedded vision, robotics, automation, and intelligent detection systems. Built around the NXP i.MX 8M Plus high-performance application processor, the SCM-ToF1 combines onboard AI processing capability with a ToF CMOS sensor to deliver reliable depth sensing in a small form factor.

With 640 × 480 resolution, 15 fps operation, USB3.0 interface, and a depth measurement range of 0.4 to 5 meters, the SCM-ToF1 is well suited for AGV and AMR navigation, robotic picking, object tracking, obstacle detection, intrusion detection, smart monitoring, and industrial automation applications.

The camera features a 63° horizontal by 48° vertical field of view, M12 lens mount, and comes equipped with a ToF lens. Optional interface board support enables HDMI and 1000BASE-T Ethernet output, giving system integrators added flexibility for AI vision, machine vision, and embedded depth-sensing designs.
