The CIS SCM-ToF2 is a compact, lightweight AI smart ToF camera designed for robotics, automation, intelligent sensing, and embedded vision applications. Equipped with NXP Semiconductors’ high-performance i.MX 8M Plus application processor and a 1/3.2-inch ToF CMOS sensor, the SCM-ToF2 delivers real-time depth sensing in a compact board-level camera format.

With a 640 x 480 mono depth resolution, 15 fps output, USB 3.0 interface, and a measurement range of 0.7 to 20 meters, the SCM-ToF2 is ideal for applications that require reliable distance measurement, depth perception, obstacle detection, and object recognition. It is well suited for AGVs, AMRs, fruit-picking robots, load recognition systems, intruder detection, object tracking, and machine vision systems that need compact AI-enabled depth sensing.

The SCM-ToF2 also supports optional HDMI and 1000BASE-T Ethernet connectivity, making it flexible for robotics developers, industrial automation engineers, embedded vision integrators, AI vision systems, and OEM machine vision applications.
