The CIS VCC-20U051M is a compact 20MP monochrome USB3.2 camera designed for machine vision, factory automation, inspection, robotics, embedded imaging, AI vision, medical imaging, intelligent traffic, surveillance, and OEM vision system integration.

Built in a small 29 x 29 x 29 mm body, the VCC-20U051M uses a 1/1.8-inch AR2020 rolling shutter CMOS sensor with 5120 x 3840 effective pixels. Its high-resolution monochrome imaging makes it a strong fit for applications that require detailed inspection, measurement, alignment, defect detection, OCR, part verification, and other industrial imaging tasks.

The camera uses a USB 5Gbps / USB3.2 interface and supports image transmission, camera control, and power through a single USB Type-C cable. Because no frame grabber is required, the VCC-20U051M helps reduce system cost and simplifies integration into compact machine vision and factory automation systems.
