The CIS VCC-20U101M is a compact 20MP monochrome USB3.2 camera designed for factory automation, machine vision, inspection, robotics, embedded imaging, AI vision, medical imaging, intelligent traffic, surveillance, and OEM vision system integration.

Built in a small 29 x 29 x 29 mm body, the VCC-20U101M uses a 1/1.8-inch AR2020 rolling shutter CMOS sensor with 5120 x 3840 effective pixels. With up to 60fps at maximum resolution, this model is ideal for high-resolution inspection applications that require faster image capture than lower-speed USB models.

The camera uses a USB 10Gbps / USB3.2 interface and supports image transmission, camera control, and power through a single USB Type-C cable. Since no frame grabber is required, the VCC-20U101M helps simplify system design while reducing integration cost.

With support for ROI, binning, external trigger mode, and C-mount lenses, the VCC-20U101M gives engineers flexibility for high-resolution inspection, measurement, positioning, defect detection, automation, and embedded vision applications.
