KLU64-L Spec Sheet
The KT&C KLU64-L is a compact thermal block camera module built for embedded systems, OEMs, and advanced system integrators. At its core is a 640x480 resolution uncooled LWIR microbolometer sensor with a 17μm pixel pitch, enabling pixel-accurate thermal imaging (307,200 temperature data points) and exceptional sensitivity in the 8–14 μm spectral range. With high thermal accuracy and NETD performance, the KLU64-L supports frame rates of 9Hz or 30Hz (selectable at manufacture), making it suitable for both real-time video and static image capture environments.
This versatile thermal module features multiple output formats—CVBS, BT656, and LVDS—for seamless integration into both legacy analog and modern digital systems. Engineered for performance in embedded applications, the KLU64-L includes configurable image processing options like AGC, NUC, mirror/flip, and image filtering. A 10-color palette selection enhances contrast visualization, and RS-485 OSD control enables remote menu access for analog setups. With a fast <5-second startup, wide -30°C to 60°C operating temperature, and flexible lens pairing options, the KLU64-L delivers industrial-grade performance in a compact thermal block format.
