Pleora’s iPORT™ SB-GigE-EV7520A converts the Sony FCB-EV7520A block camera into a GigE Vision®-compliant device, enabling full-resolution, low-latency video transmission over standard Gigabit Ethernet. Eliminating the need for a PCIe frame grabber, it simplifies integration with laptops, embedded PCs, and single-board computers, reducing system size, cost, and power consumption. Supporting resolutions up to 1080p60 and multiple pixel formats (Mono8, BayerGR8, YUV 4:2:2, YUV 4:1:1), it ensures high-quality image acquisition with GigE Vision and GenICam compliance for interoperability in multi-vendor environments.

With power, control, and video over a single cable, the SB-GigE-EV7520A enables flexible deployment with 100m reach via CAT5e/6 and extended distances using Ethernet switches. The included eBUS SDK offers a user-friendly VISCA interface for rapid prototyping and deployment. Designed for industrial, robotic, and security applications, it features PoE and external power options (4.8V-16V), compact 37mm x 37mm x 34.3mm form factor, and 1,189,775-hour MTBF for long-term reliability.
