The TL8651 is a high-performance digital video processor designed for seamless integration with Sony FCB-EV9520L, FCB-EV9500L, and Tamron MP3010M-EV block cameras. Featuring 4-channel LVDS input, it delivers full 1080p, 720p, and 1080i video output at multiple refresh rates (60Hz, 59.94Hz, 50Hz, 30Hz, 29.97Hz, 25Hz). The module provides 3G/HD-SDI output, compliant with SMPTE ST424M Level A and ST292M, ensuring professional-grade signal transmission.

This transceiver supports full automatic video input standard detection and includes a CVBS loop-out connector for additional output flexibility. It features RS232 and TTL-level serial control for easy integration into custom systems. Designed for reliability, the TL8651 operates on a regulated 12V DC supply with low power consumption (1.5W typical) and supports a wide temperature range (-5°C to +60°C).
