The Videology SCAiLX-SOM-AI is a high-performance System-on-Module (SoM) designed for real-time Edge Vision AI applications in industrial, surveillance, and machine vision systems. Powered by the NXP i.MX8M Plus processor with a 1.6 GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 and a 2.3 TOPS Neural Processor Unit (NPU), this 42x42mm module provides exceptional AI processing capabilities for demanding environments.
This compact board supports 2GB LPDDR4 RAM, 8GB eMMC flash storage, and dual MIPI-CSI interfaces, capable of handling 1080p@60fps video input for high-resolution imaging. Its robust hardware features H.264/H.265 encoding/decoding for efficient video processing, while compatibility with LVDS and MIPI cameras ensures versatility across various applications.
Offering extensive connectivity options, including GPIO, UART, I2C, SPI, USB2.0, USB3.0, and PCIe, the SCAiLX-SOM-AI integrates seamlessly with a wide range of peripherals.
