The Z3 Technology FV4K-15A 4K HDMI & Thermal Encoder offers cutting-edge video encoding for high-quality, low-latency streaming and recording. Specifically designed for industrial, machine vision, and UAV applications, this encoder is compatible with Sony FCB-ER9500 and FCB-ER8530 4K Block Cameras. The lightweight, low-profile design features versatile connectivity options, including 100 Mbps Ethernet, serial ports, and power connections, enabling seamless integration into any system.
This encoder supports simultaneous video streaming and recording to NFS or Micro SD card, and offers multiple resolution options, including up to 4Kp30 and 1080p60. It integrates VISCA™ and IR camera controls over IP, providing comprehensive management of connected cameras. The built-in HTTP/HTTPS Web GUI allows for easy live video preview, while the system supports advanced features like Picture-In-Picture, dual display mode, and embedded KLV metadata.
The FV4K-15A supports a wide range of codecs (H.264, H.265, MJPEG) and output formats, including RTP, RTSP, MPEG-2 TS, and RTMP. GPS and NTP data overlays with timestamps are supported via SEI for precise geospatial tracking. Compliant with ONVIF Profile S and T, this encoder ensures broad compatibility for surveillance, defense, and aerospace applications. Its compact size and efficient 4.5W power consumption make it an ideal solution for unmanned systems (UAV, UGV, USV) and other video surveillance needs.
